Hello! I’m Matthew (He/His/Him) and Adventures of the Heart and Mind (AHM) really is an adventure for staff and clients alike. Here we grow and nurture this understanding of ourselves and each other. I have been lucky enough to be on the receiving end of the limitless love, compassion, patience, and understanding. There is a certain tenacity to the level of care that Lauren provides to clients and staff. It truly is remarkable and I love and adore watching all the progress that we are making towards providing the best quality of care and resources to the people that come through the door. I’ve learned so much and still learn something great and beautiful every time I work with AHM.
