Meet & Greet - 15 Minute Consultation
Speak one-on-one via phone or secure video chat with your potential psychotherapist about your needs, ask questions and learn about the psychotherapy process before diving in.
Standard Psychotherapy Session -Associate
A 50 minute standard psychotherapy/counseling session with an associate clinician.
Standard Psychotherapy Session - Licensed Clinician
A 50 minute standard psychotherapy/counseling session with an independently licensed psychotherapist.
Standard Psychotherapy Session -Licensed Clinical Supervisor
A 50 minute standard psychotherapy/counseling session with an independently licensed psychotherapist with at least two years post-licensure experience.

Insurance Information
Our office does not accept insurance directly, however, we can provide a Superbill (invoice of services). Superbills may be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement under out-of-network benefits (we recommend you check these benefits prior to initiating services if you are considering utilizing out-of-network benefits).
