We all have struggles and try to find a way through. Sometimes our methods don't work, or they just aren't working anymore. Sometimes we can't handle the pressure of dealing with it on our own anymore. Sometimes these same struggles give us the push we need to examine ourselves in a new way and grow in ways we never thought possible.
I am here to help you along your adventure, find new paths, or just sit with you in the dark.
Along my own adventure, I found the importance of learning about mental health, having support, and gaining new skills and ways of dealing with stress. I use the skills and tools I've gained and practice all the time.
My goal is to make meaningful contribution to the community through using my personal skills, experience, training, and areas of strength to positively impact others.
I am so grateful to all those who are vulnerable and brave enough to share their story. I feel it is such an honor to be in a position of working with people who desire to grow, learn and achieve their goals.
